IMPORTANT INFORMATION
BRING:
 		 Driver's license, ballpoint pen, only small Bibles.
 
MEALS:
 		 We will eat with the inmates/residents.
 
CLOTHING:    
 		 Jeans are OK; wear comfortable shoes.
Do NOT wear shirts with religious logos or inappropriate messages.

SPECIAL FORMS for WOMEN
Women who would like to be assigned to the Henley Unit on Friday and the Federal Prison on Saturday, must complete and return the Special Form below. Please look at the instructions for PREA training and for instructions on how to complete one of the pages of the forms.  Requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis so get your forms in early!  

You must also submit 2 typed letters of reference from non-family members who you have known for at least 6 months and are in good standing with the Bureau. The letter should attest to the skills, credibility, and integrity of the volunteer. Make sure to include the contact information for the person writing the letter.

GROUPS:  Please make sure everyone in your group completes the forms together and get them turned in together to ensure your group stays together!
